The file 0_0u_l.exe is associated with the FBI MoneyPak warning.
The FBI MoneyPak is a basic scam where a user is infected with a malware client that holds the computer for ransom until money is paid out.
The warnings given off from this virus talk about a person violating copy right information like illegal downloads of songs and movies.
It will also enable a webcam if installed on the system and show the persons image. This can be truly alarming to people. W already have a working guide that shows people how to remove this threat for free over on http://www.removevirus.org/fbi-moneypak-2
The threat it’s self is not a hard one to remove. Keep in mind that all messages and warnings are false. There is no truth about the FBI being after you and no risk of jail time or fines. This is all meant to simply scare the user into paying the so called fine.
While Speaking with pcninja.com (A remote computer repair company) I have been told they are seeing customers come in every day with this threat installed on the system. It’s a threat that has been out for a month or so but only now is it really starting to be pushed. We will keep working with PCNinja to monitor any changes in the virus removal guide and update the guide if need be. As of this writing the guide listed above is working to fully remove this virus threat.

Guide is up at http://www.removevirus.org/fbi-moneypak-2
