Antispyware Defender Removal Guide

Description: Antispyware Defender belongs to the dangerous branch of malware known as rogue anti-malware. It uses scare tactics to try and trick you into purchasing its software license. This rogue program will attempt to enter your system with the aid of Trojans that get downloaded from malicious websites promoting fake anti-malware scanners. Once downloaded, the Trojan then exploits a security loophole in your system to download and install Antispyware Defender. Once installed, Antispyware Defender will load itself up as a startup program in Windows and then proceed to perform an endless stream of fake malware scans on your system.

These fake scans will generate false reports stating that your computer is dangerously infected with an immense number of malware applications. Antispyware Defender will also generate a number of fake pop-ups from the Windows Taskbar, reporting that the computer is infected with malware that does not exist. All these ploys are used to urge the user to purchase a license for the 'full' version of Antispyware Defender, by claiming that the currently installed 'trial' version is insufficient to clean out the detected 'threats'.

The authentic-looking Graphical User Interface of Antispyware Defender, which is similar to those of some of the well-known anti-malware programs out there, adds to the illusion that this is a legitimate program. However, it should be kept in mind at all times that Antispyware Defender is a fake application that cannot clean out your computer under any circumstances.
