Green antivirus 2009 is a fake and bogus antivirus program. Like many similar fake clients out there this bad boy attempts to trick the user into purchasing the program buy giving fake scan results. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PROGRAM. It’s a scam. Most of the websites that were selling this product have been shut down. The thing that separates this guy from many others is it’s name. These crooks try to make people think this is some environmentally friendly program. Trying to create a warm and fuzzy feeling for people and a sense of trust and personal responsibility is nothing new to scammers but once again I think they found a new low. We recommend you run a full scan using your favorite security suit to ensure no other viruses are installed on your comput

- Auto Scans on Start-up
- Warning coming out of a fake shield in the system tray
- pop-ups and re-directs to the fake software’s website
- constant warnings of being infected as well as false statements of other trojans

- C:\Programfiles\gav\ ( Delete all files in this section ) We need you help identifying these files so please take a second and write them down first and post a reply below so we can update this page. If you get an error message stating that you can not remove the file because it is in use then you need to end that process first.
Delete directories:
